Denis,
I was also under that impression, but that is not what happened. It looks
like it took all the data from CACS and KEA and merged it under CACS. Also,
all of the CACS data was in reverse order. It does not make sense to me. Any
other thoughts?

David,
It is my understanding that oldest data must be first as it is processed
in order and when when the Downloader then sees an earlier date it is
ignored.
