FW: ASCII to MetaStock file data transfer

If the data has a 4 digit year, having <DTYYYYMMDD> (not <ddyyyymmdd>) in
the header, is acceptable. However this format probably will not work with a
2 digit year.
Having <DATE> is also acceptable.
If anyone can give us specific examples where having <DATE> in the header
doesn't work, PLEASE email the text file and information about the
operating system is, version and build date of the DownLoader to
support@xxxxxxxxx so we can investigate it further.

You are correct about <vol> to be used instead of <volume> on an ASCII
file's 1st line.

However, using the <date> (see DL manual p.70-72) will not for the lifetime
of me get
any of our txt or prn files converted using Convert.
On the other hand, using <ddyyyymmdd> instead will convert in the Convert
Tool
'as smooth as a baby's bum'.

When will you update your DL-manuals with this phenomenum? (and others)
