i subscribed in 1997 & they claim to have given me a bonus of $50
now 2000 i closed my account with them, and they sent me a check for my
account balance MINUS $50.
i wonder if they would have billed me $50, if my account balnce would
have been $0 .
that goes to show you just how a company cares about their reputation (
first they try to force you to update to the latest software by not
letting you use ver 3.0 & then refund you less money)
