In fact, any application must initialize the MSFL651.DLL access by
supplying a key. This key is provided when you buy the license.
There is no need to install MSFL if Downloader 6.52 has already been
installed, since this program is using this same DLL to access the
Metastock data. There is some interest to however, since installation will
also copy the Visual C, Visual Basic, etc include and (programming) sample
files to the hard disk.
The read license doesn't require any NDA with Equis.
