Widner's Price Distribution Function is usually plotted as two charts on the
same page. Maybe his Feb 1996 article in TASC has more ... I don't have it.
With first chart go to Chart --> Location --> New Sheet
With second chart do the same ... when you get the message box telling you
of the conflict ... click "Yes"
The two charts will appear stacked on the chart sheet. Move the price bars
chart to the right and the PDF to the left. Remove the borders and size to
window or full screen. Add sliders for viewing more data
