ScriptIt Help (WhitePaper's HTML layout = renewed)

For even more pleasurable reading Microsoft has 'upgraded' the ScriptIt's Help file
(the html version of Whitepaper), eg this version did get a better "presentation" layout,
which makes it better for :
  1. reading,
  2. understanding the program features and
  3. how to write(code) the scripts.

(Note: ScriptIt runs on both Win9.x + Win-NT).
