Either re-create(asign) the Extended 1.2 Mb partition again or
backup your vital (C) data (but not the Win-OS) on another disk,
than remove the Primairy (C, logical) 1.9 Mb partition and
re-create it in a new Primairy (C, logical) 3.1 Mb partition.
Note that you cannot do the latter from within the running Windows,
so you will have to do it from a selfmade Boot-floppy, which can
also be a DOS v5x (or higher).
