6.52 Update Patch Question

I had MS 6.5 EOD which I updated to 6.52 with the patch on Equis site.
After a registry reinstall MS was 6.5 again and the patch wouldn't
install.
A short while ago I installed MS Pro 6.51 and neither of the patches
up652sig.exe   pro652b.exe install...With no error message.
A reinstall of windows(Prior reinstalling  renamed windows,system.dat
and system.da0 +deleted Metastock related registry entries manually.)did
not work out.
Any advice ?
