Here's what I got about the upcoming version 7:

Thank you for your email concerning the release of version 7.0.
MetaStock Professional version 7.0 will be coming out later this month. The end-of-day version will come out before year end. At this time, I do not have available a complete list of new features. However, we will be sending mailers to customers potential customers shortly.
In regards to your second email regarding the version 6.52 for $10. This is available to all registered users of MetaStock for $10 plus $3 shipping and handling. If you decide to purchase this version it is does not count as an upgrade. If you decide to upgrade for instance to version 7.0 once it is released you would pay for the upgrade price from version 5.11.
