Mswthk32.dll / Mswthk16.dll Error

Any Help on this one!

Everytime I fire up Metastock I get the following error
"Metastock cannot load mswthk32.dll or mswthk16.dll.
You will not be able to detect low resources.

I have manually copied these two files from my backup in the c:\windows\system
directory but I still get the sam error.
