Guy,
     I'm sure we will have a down day sooner or later, but think it might be
later.  We have the favorable seasonality (4th holiday), Fed bias change,
and lots of money on the sidelines.  I'm going to get back to fully invested
Monday.  That will probably offset the above and cause a down day for you
<G>.
