Quick launch appeared on my Win95 toolbar next to the start(stop) button
when I installed Netscape 4.5 I think. Since changed to IE5, when buttons
also changed. Netscape has nice download monitor which IE5 lacks, but
generally I prefer IE5. You can drop any icon from the desktop into the
quick launch area.
