Do you mean like the attached GIF!!!!
<<If you plot both and drag the custom over the
built-in, or vice versa, you will see they are the same plot, assuming
you are using the same %K value in both.>>
One is Mov( ( ( ( C - LLV( L,13 ) ) /( HHV( H,13 ) - LLV( L,13 ) ) ) * 100 )
,8 ,S );
for the other's values see Sad MS stoc Properties.gif.
I suggest you practice dragging unless you meant 'close enough for
government work'

Bob,
I am not certain I totally understand what you want us to listen to. If
you are calling the custom stochastic we have in the program,
"Stochastic Example of hhv() function" the correct %K, then the built-in
%K is correct also. If you plot both and drag the custom over the
builtin, or vice versa, you will see they are the same plot, assuming
you are using the same %K value in both.
Please provide more information on what you feel is wrong and we'll look
deeper.

Has anyone ever asked Equis to fix their stochastic oscillator?
Their custom %K is correct but the builtin still uses the A to Z
description,
-----
"The above example used a %K Slowing Period of 1-day (no slowing). If
you use a value greater than
one, you average the highest-high and the lowest-low over the number of
%K Slowing Periods before
performing the division."
------
which is just plain wrong. Would be nice to get the correct #s.
Are you listening, Equis?
