Hello Indicator Experts,
If following statement make any sense please help by providing formula
to formula illiterate. If not, sorry for taking space and time. Saw this
on another List.

"Take a 3 period RSI of a one period ROC and plot. Above 70 is Taylor's
sell day and below 30 is a buy.  Wait until the end of first hour
trading then enter buy (or sell stop).  Trail with stop one tick above
(below) hour high (low).  Do not try to stay too long".
