I think what many of us are initially looking for is just something more
than a 4-ounce paper Dixi cup with holes in the bottom, let alone the Holy
Grail.

Surely you would agree that some basic set of indicators is needed in order
to have a decent chance of trading success.

It seems reasonable in a public forum such as this to try to list and
discuss *some* of the basics any TA novice should master.
