Tomorrow is 4/30/99 and my very last day ever of having to put up with
Reuters...THE worst data service around. I am swtiching to Pinnacle Data for
futures and index data (http://www.pinnacledata.com); they are widely
acknowledged to have the cleanest EOD data in the commodity business (no
stock data); and either Quotes Plus (http://www.qp2.com) or StockWiz
(http://www.stockwiz.com) for stock data.

I have suffered with Reuters' awful data, late data delivery (sometimes as
late as the the middle of the NEXT day for futures) and inadequate customer
support for months longer than I should have...my only reason for having
stayed with Reuters this long is that my neural network timing models,
several hundred of them, will be invalidated when I switch over to
Pinnacle's new symbols...and I will have to build new ones from scratch.

I don't see why anyone that has a choice in the matter would continue to
tolerate such bad service for such a high price. Do yourself a favor and
switch...you'll likely save yourself a lot of money in the long run, and
more importantly, a lot of frustration.
