Janene,

The main reason why I purchased your product was because of the Virtual
folders. I have not received any acknowledgment from Quotes-Plus that there is
a problem using Virtual with MetaStock v6.52. Perhaps no one upgraded MetaStock
EOD when the patches came out?

I already performed a Safe Boot. Also, according to a Microsoft
representative's instructions, I used their MSCONFIG program to remove all TSR's
from memory. However, this did not fix the problem.

I uninstalled MetaStock (MS) v6.52 and reinstalled v6.5. I am not having any
problems with 6.5. This means Virtual is not compatible with 6.52. However,
6.52 works better in Win98 and also adds a new feature to the MS System Tester.
I called Equis about this problem and they claim MS is in working order.
Because Virtual is an add-on program, I can understand that the 6.52 patch would
cause problems. I hope that my calls and emails have alerted your company to
this problem and it will be fixed soon.

You do not have to contact Equis to obtain the patch. You may download it from:
http://www.equis.com/customer/support/files/updates.html#mseod
Please do so and begin writing the fix for Virtual.
I already downloaded the MemTurbo program ( www.memturbo.com/ ) kindly provided
by Liam mailto:kingsmill@xxxxxxxx and I will see how well that works. Thanks
for the link Liam.
Sincerely,
Daniel.
