Copy the entire CD to a temporary location on your had drive and try and
install it from there. This will take the CD-ROM drive completely out
of the loop.

Subject: Problems installing MS/'98

I'm trying to install MetaStock 6.50 from my CD-ROM under Windows '98.
It pops up an error message "Severe - Unable to copy files due to an
internal error". One time it was 66% complete and the next 83%.

I have no problem installing it under Windows' 95. Any suggestions?
