I too lost all my Smartcharts. Check in your Downloader, that is where I
ascetained that all my data was lost. I had to reload Smartcharts from saved
charts and redownload the rest from my data supplier.
Kinda sucks but that's what happend. Don't know why, Equis did not explain.
They only helped guied the re-establishment of Smartcharts from saved files.
