If you happen to have WinFax Pro, it has a decent OCR feature.
The way I handle such task is to send a fax to myself, the use winfax to
OCR the file.
Typically it takes a few minutes to clean it up with an ascii editor.
In the absence of high priced OCR software, it will get you by,
