financial matters. 

Please let us learn from experience. Last October we were snowed under for
about a month with one country's political bitching, of no relevance to the
above objectives. Of course you have your views, but are they helpful to
this list? Please exercise restraint.

Let us keep this list for Analysis, Metastock, Equis, and the antics of
that great British Company ( home of the ID 800 error message) Reuters. 

The alternative is too awful to contemplate.
