Joel,
We all get upset when these @*&%%** computers don't seem to do right.
Personally, though, I have always gotten excellent response from MS support
and particularly Bill Forman has been helpful. I cannot remember an EMail
question that I forwarded in the AM and did not get a response by afternoon
or occasionally evening. The limit of my programming has been to try and
develop custom indicators, etc for MS. This has just given me a whiff of
how difficult and unpredictable real programming must be.
The update that you mention is actually dated 1/22/99 when you go on to the
download site.
