I think that's incorrect, though my MS is at the house and I'm not, so
I'm not sure.
Right-click on the bars themselves and look at the properties. I
thought one option was having up bars be colored and down bars be
colored; the default is black for both, though (unless I'm going insane
again) as I recall, you can change them to whatever you'd like.
