Yes you are able to switch the autodial off.
But you will still end up receiving the DialUp dialog window now
ready for you to Press the Connect button.
It is related to other "internal" problems and is being fixed in the
final release version(that is what I am to believe from reading the recent
OE Newsgroups' members being 'private' beta testers for Microsoft
and more up to date on the final release devolpements).
