Today I posted the following suggestion at the Equis customer support
suggestion box:
"Many of the engineering programs I use such as AutoCad and Eaglepoint
provide a listing of program files and file types with an explanation of
what they are for. This should also include references to any files or
entries in the Windows subdirectories. Update patches usually produce a log
file of what files are being replaced or updated. Can you provide this
information to your customers? It is very useful in keeping directories
organized and not losing important files. Thankyou"
