If all you need are tighter Bollinger Bands, you dont need this formula.
When you drag the BB indicator button over to the price chart a window opens
up that allows you to change the parameters, including the number of std
dev.  I always felt that 2.0 standard deviations is too high, and I change
it to 1.5 or something else that may be more suitable.
