Equis just places a file under their <Customer Support> area:

This patch will upgrade anyone with MetaStock for Windows End-of-Day.
This will work on any 6.5 install or from any previous 6.5 patch. This
patch contains the Euro and Y2K adjustments and will update your
version of The DownLoader to 6.52. (dated 12/31/98, 3.24Mb)
We recommend everyone use this patch.
Unfortunately, the Webmaster made a typo in the weblink, and it points
to a file called MSW65.EXE, when in fact it should be MSW652.EXE.
For those fortunate enough to be able to hot link, I've attached the
correct link. Just double click on the URL bellow.

Those less fortunate, will have to input the information via ^C and ^V
or just type the above URL, or ADD the missing <2> after the 5.
