taken broaching these important issues and for sharing your strategies that were
no doubt gleaned from the school of hard knocks. I have one
question. Previously, you employed a process that, when enough reaction
points were evident, often used a standard deviation of 1.8, 1.5, 1.3 or
1.0. If I remember correctly, the standard deviation you chose was that
which would just encompass all of the data. Are you still using this
process. Or have you chosen to always stick with the standard deviation
