Where are you downloading from? and what is your connect rate. If your internet provider is to far removed from the UUNET backbone you will experience packet timeouts and the system will terminate your download. I finally had to switch to a cable modem to eliminate my time out errors. It's a much better service now and the downloads are lighting fast.
