Hope this doesn't offend anyone's sensibilities, I suppose this could be
construed as an ad. I put a similar notice on Realtraders last week and got
a positive response. I have been here a whle and never post ads to these
forums, and I am not selling anything at this site. And this really is a
tremendous resource that we have put together...
