Error in Nasdaq Declines !NQ-D

This was sent to Quotes-Plus.  I thought the group should also know
about it:
there is an error in the Nasdaq Declines Index !NQ-D for 10/28/98. 
The number is 253.  I think this number is too low.  I don't
know what the number is supposed to be, however, the data entry person
may have meant to type 1,253.

Also, I looked over the number of records for this type of indicator
for the Nasdaq and NYSE and most are there.  However, for !NQ-U, !NQ-NH,
and !NQ-NL (Nasdaq Unchanged, New Highs, and New Lows) there are 3 less
than the others.  The more important one is !NQ-U.  The number
of records should match Advances and Declines.  Otherwise, no valid
calculations (composites) can be made.
