Matt, you have to be connected to the net, and then go into the free
NetQuote program, "Populator", and click Download. (You don't use a
browser.)
I download about 900 symbols, one file, in about 40 seconds. Then get
off the net. Click on update in the program. On 486 machine, it takes
about 15 minutes to update.
On fast pentium, it takes about 2 minutes.
Quotes available for downloading about 2.5 hours after market closes.
