You can get good, EOD data for $7-11/month from NetQuote.com. Very
easy to udate MSPRO from there.
I pay $11/month for 800 symbols.
Or you can get it free if you can figure out how to get the data into
MetaStock. Downloading the free data is easy. There are about 11
servers (PC Quote, Dreyfus Brokerage Services, etc.) which provide the
data.
Problem is: the Downloader is not equipped to use the downloaded
data to update ("convert") your MetaStock data files with the
downloaded data file, unless you are good at programming, e.g., Excel
Macros, Quotemonster Perl scripts, etc.
This should be priority #1 for MetaStock in next upgrade of
Downloader.
