tried Prophet Data and they had other problems. When I checked with Equis
support, they told me it was a known Telescan problem, so I guess that means
that Prophet is repping Telescan (but I'm not sure). Anyway, I dropped
them this month. Only worked every other day <g>. Seems they
had a problem when you just requested the current day's prices and forgot to
send an end of message symbol. I trade futures. I understand that if
you use their software it works (according to Steve K.) but I just gave
up. Found an error in TBonds the first day and their S&P Continuous
was totally wrong. Got them to fix the S&P problem
though.</FONT></SPAN></DIV>

Bill,
I gave up on Telescan well over a year ago for all the reasons you
listed plus
repeated overcharges and charges for services I never used billed to my
credit card. I had to fight like hell to getmy money back. In the end
their own records which I printed out from account management
menu proved I was right.
It is too bad because they could have a very good product if they only
gave
a damn about quality and thier customers.
