Andrew,
Yes I didit about 4 years ago.
It's over 1000 pages and a complete trading-course with the accent on the
psychological side of trading.
It helped me a lot in developing some self-insight, which one needs when
looking for a systematical way of trading that fits you.
I visited Van twice in N-Carolina which are dear memories to me.
The course deals with self-analysis, mental rehearsal, developing low-risk
ideas decisionmaking, peakperformance, stalking, action, monitoring, taking
profits, aborting your position, debriefing, keeping things simple etc. etc.
Van is quite a personality.
One of the things he showed me is the fact that one can place an entry (long
or short) at the flip of a coin. Where you get out makes the difference !
Now and then I still read back parts of the course.
Good luck,
Frans
