I might suggest that you visit the Investor's FastTrak site and download 
the demo for the FastRube trading module. Even if you don't have the 
database to support the demo, the help file is very detailed and may 
give you some ideas. In general, the FastRube approach uses a 
combination of TA and relative performance rankings for fund 
selection/rotation.
