I believe their accuracy is adequate but I have verified it often enough to
make a qualified opinion. Their timeliness is usually one month delay and
their info should be complimented with that you may receive from Zack's via
the internet. It runs 199$ for monthly updates and half that for quarterly
updates.

I suggest you use it as determining stocks that have had good past results,
then group these groups. I use IRL to derive indices for these groups of
stocks (which are derived via several fundamental filters). After viewing
these groups I select the promising groups to apply technical analysis. From
those selections I then use Zack's earnings news via the internet to discard
those that have problems. By then I still usually have too many candidates
for trading or investing. I use the technical analysis to assist me in the
final picking. My thoughts are 5-15 stocks are adequate number of positions
when market conditions are bullish. For a bearish market I am not active in
shorting.
