Oh!  I thought that was included in the default Doze95 install.
(Start, Settings, Control Panel)  Add/Remove Programs, Windows Setup tab,
double click Accessories, scroll down to System Resource Meter, and put a
check on it.
When you Ok out it will install it, maybe asking for the Doze95 installation
disk.

I you put a shortcut in your "C:\WINDOWS\Start Menu\Programs\StartUp"
to the program: C:\WINDOWS\RSRCMTR.EXE
or otherwise run rsrcmtr.exe,  it will put a gas gauge in the tray.
