CoolSpy V1.10 for Windows95/NT
What is CoolSpy?
================
Software for technical chartanalysis, like Metastock, offers a lot of
analysis-functions to the user. But all these functions base on the
historical stock quotes. Not considered is the fundamental data.
Most data-vendors deliver additional fundamental data, which does not affect
the stock-data and is stored separately. To use the information of this
fundamental database, an additional software is needed. CoolSpy was
developed
to display the fundamental data of stocks.
Unlike other programs of this kind the information is shown in single, small
windows. These can be moved around and placed on every possible position on
the desktop. They even can be placed on unused areas of the chart-program.
Thus for the first time it is possible to analyze fundamental data of a
stock
without leaving the chart-program.
If the stock you are working with in the chart-program changes, CoolSpy
immediately displays the corresponding fundamental data.
CoolSpy is Shareware, this means you are allowed to try it out for 30 days.
If after your 30 day evaluation period you would like to continue to use
CoolSpy, you have to purchase a license.
Compared with the licensed version there are no restrictions in the
unregistered version. So you are given the chance to test it under normal
conditions.

Installation
============
Copy all files to a new directory (e.g. C:\Program Files\CoolSpy\")
Deinstallation
==============
Just remove the complete CoolSpy-directory from your harddisk.
Registration
============
There are two ways to purchase a license:
- Over our agent "Kagi"
- Collection-only cheque (Verrechnungsscheck) only in DEM (German Mark)
For registration choose "Register" from the "?"-menu in CoolSpy.
If you register you will get...
