Joe Shipley of Meza Arizona wrote an article on this process where he had
experience in doing this task in 22 minutes. You can reach him at

I am in the process of trying to implement this procedure now but have made
a few errors along the process. It is necessary to be very carefully because
an mistake can cause the process to become time consuming.

Good luck!
