I believe that it means that the TCPIP (internet network connection)
lost its assignment to the TCPIP port "socket" that it was connected to,
and since that is the whole basis of tcpip communications, it detected
the stoppage and notified you.
Restarting the program, or worse case, rebooting the PC, should fix it.
