This sounds suspiciously like someone who, litigious by nature, seeks
to make a profit.
Rather than risk offending him, if I were the list owner, I would
remove him from the list
immediately.
I resent his threat to seek action against a list I find highly
instructive. Spam here is rare and is
best ignored.
What is junk to some is food for others.
