Download Problems

The conversion of the data is the one burden
I see with TC2000. Once you have it setup is not bad but you have to take 2
steps:
1) Export the data from TC2000 to their
earlier version's format. Doing this is not a big deal as all you have
to do is click on export and click on TC2000 format and O.K.

2) However, that data is still not directly readable by
MS, so now you have to go to the downloader and "convert" the
TC2000 data to MS data which all it takes is 2 clicks.

Disadvantages:

1) You have to take 2 extra steps (2
conversions)

2) It takes me almost 1/2 hour to export the TC2000 and
almost another hour to convert to MS ( I have an antique Pentium 200
MMX).

Of course, I set it up and then go and do other things,
however, many people will not like to put up with that hastle and I
certainly would prefer that MS reads TC2000 directly but it does not.
I do not know if this is a Worden problem or an MS problem (I suspect a
Worden problem since other programs read MS directly.

I just
subscribed to TC2000 vs 4.1 and I like it. They are giving a
free 30 day trial which I am in. Have been using TC2000 for
some time now but this new version seems the best so far. I
have not tried Quotes Plus which I understand is quite a bit cheaper
but TC2000 is now $29/month flat and you can get even better deals
if you pay ahead for a year or so.

I have always received my data on time as opposed

from last year so it has its problems too.

I am sure there were a lot of objections. It's just that us "LURKERS"
didn't think that we could add anything of value to your property value
comments.

You would have done better by being invested in the stock market <g>
