First of all I recommend you to read "Charting The Stock Market: The Wyckoff Method", 
written by three authors and published by Stocks and Commodities.
The book is inexpensive and should explain the basis of the method.
I've read it myself but I am not sure I can find it really useful: th epoint is it seems 
to request a lot of daily chart observation.
The method may be good, but you must have enough time to use it.
