Al,
I was up til midnight and back at the whipping post at 5:30 am. 
The panhandle is on Tann time PDT.   This makes us about as far
east in the zone as possible.  Because we're so far north we
still get 17 of daylight in the summer and, of course in the
winter, the sun comes up at 9 and sets at 4. 

My bond guru warns about trading pre-holiday (tricky in any
market).  Sept Bonds poised to make a run 129-08. then130-14. 
Immediate resistance now at 127-12, then 128.
