I was downloading last night and half way through I was told that I was not
a RTD Account member, then it processed about 1/4 of the data, and lock up
my machine.

Maybe that tells you how jammed the circuits are.
I can't tell you how many downloads fail between 7:00pm est and 11:30pm est
and
how many fly thru at 3:00am est.
