Does anyone have a favourite formulation to normalize Bollinger Bands as an
oscillator.

I want to use 21 day Bollinger Bands, 2 standard deviations and 1 standard
deviations away from the moving average in an oscillator that will swing
between overbought and oversold levels for easy comparison to other
oscillators.
