     That's a good question.  No, of course it doesn't have to be
either/or and for some people being on both sides will work best.  I
used to do both with a 50/50 ratio when I was neutral to 3/1 either
way for strong trends.  However, I found, that for me, I did better
when I stayed on one side or the other.
