    There is a glitch on the Downloader with Telescan, where Telescan does think
that you have already downloaded your data, though when it happens "Network Logon
Failed" does not necessarily appear.

    EQUIS Support did generate a patch for it which may be at
http://www.equis.com.  If is is not, then getting it directly from EQUIS Support
might be the answer.

    I had the same basic problem and got the fix, but do not remember whether it
came from EQUIS's web site or directly from Support.
