SOES is a system which allows you to compete with market makers. The
idea is to scalp a fraction of a point by placing your order between a
wide bid/ask spread. You need specialized software, which may run
$200-$300 a month. A company named Pristine has a program called
Executioner, which you can use for free if you do a minimum of 25
